Importantly, a strong interest in the evolving technologies of Case IH and New Holland products is a must to understand to relay that information to the customers who could most benefit."

Explain the sales process as a first-time purchaser at West Hills Tractor.

"I like to take the time to look at the equipment with the customer, review the customers' needs, and make the purchase process as smooth as possible. It's always great when the customer comes with questions so we can utilize what we know to best suit the customers."

How does your role at the dealership blend with agriculture and equipment marketing?

"My role allows our business to outreach with our customers to promote their operations whether they are selling their beef/hay/products or participating in agribusiness. Also, with social media we are able to connect with more people than ever before and vice versa promote our business and customers' to more people than ever before."

What's your favorite part about being a salesman at West Hills Tractor?

"The best parts about this job are the relationships I've made over the last several years, visiting our customers' farms and operations, and the possibility of new friendships just around the corner."
